Low Key Within ME.

LKWM is an 8 week Journey providing relatable insight into the multidimensional ways breathwork techniques can be effectively incorporated into daily routines to support a range of individual needs. It’s an investment in the future you. Every breath can be a vote for the person you want to become. Through LKWM, the breath can be nurtured into a habit, an identity, which then becomes accountability.

Why I created the Low Key within me journey.

My life was good, yet I was suffering gently and quietly.

The usual mechanics of moving forward were forever in motion. I’d attempt to think my way out of things, avoid others, or simply let time ease it away while telling myself ‘She’ll be right’. Chances are ‘she will be right’, but she wasn’t going to be great or what I knew deep down it could be.

I’m not typifying good by career, social status or privilege, how things look from the outside, I’m speaking to the inner niggle that doesn’t let up, that is comfortable but also tired of the same patterns playing out. Knowing there is more to give and receive but not knowing where to start. Feeling like change is big and scary, and may derail other areas of life that I value highly.

These were the stories I told myself and had told to me, and I didn’t want to be the lead character anymore. I wanted to remain the same person yet gently learn more about myself. Shed some skin, own my actions and become more accountable to what I wanted and deserved without the fear of judgement and losing what I was proud to own and had worked hard to achieve. I wanted tools that would help regain control when it felt close to being lost. It had to be low key and within me.

The answer lead me back to the breath. Helping me face my anxieties and fears, sleep difficulties and self doubts to breathe in the person I wanted to become, and let go of what wasn’t servicing me. When I was ready, using the breath, I moved towards change, and change moved forward to meet me. 

WHO IS THIS JOURNEY FOR?

To put it simply, everyone. It’s is the fundamental intention of LKWM to provide relatable insight into the multidimensional ways breathwork techniques can be effectively incorporated into daily routines to support a range of individual needs. 

I want the simplicity and relatability of my explanations towards the breath to reflect the simplicity and relatability of the breath itself.

The Low Key Within Me group journey will consist of 5 members, where participants will share the journey as one, inspired by each members growth, reflection and transformation. 

  • 1 : 1 x personalised 60 minute introduction session, aimed at getting to know you, your triumphs and pains, fleshing out questions and building relationships.

  • 7 x 90 minute online sessions via zoom 

  • Ongoing Whatsapp support via group channel

  • Resources to use throughout the journey to support development, measure progress and remain accountable

  • Personalised guided recordings and learning content

Option 2 - The Private Journey

The Low Key Within Me private journey offers an exclusive, transformative, one of a kind experience. You’ll receive breathing techniques, experiences and learnings formulated designed specifically for you. A free flowing, adaptable program enabling you to harness the breath to reach the goals, person and endeavours you aspire to experience.  

  • 8 x 1:1 Personalised Breath coaching sessions

  • Unlimited WhatsApp text and talk support (in waking hours) as your breath coach. I’m there with you as guide, sounding board, mentor and anchor every step of the way. 

  • Follow up notes and customised practices to support your intentions and goals moving forward

  • Resources to use throughout the journey to support development, measure progress and remain accountable

  • Personalised guided recordings and learning content.

The breath can allow you get out of your own way, so that you can freely engage in your passions and roles in true and dignified form. As a collective, we can unlock the knowing that we hold the answers ourselves, and if we turn inwards, it’s there that we will find the tools to unblock all manner of possibilities. 

Regular Breathwork practices have been widely proven to enhance energy, focus and immune functioning, improve mood, self esteem, circulation and digestion, and assist with the management and healing processes associated with depression, trauma and pain. Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing stored emotions and feelings in your nervous system or body. 

This breathwork journey offers a safe and natural healing process, utilising conscious breathing patterns to induce physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing. When implemented effectively, Breathing practices offer the advantage of being universally accessible, scalable, and cost efficient. By developing a relationship with and understanding of the breath, it gently places the potential treatment tools in the hands of the individual.
