‘Bring a mate to Breathwork’ is a comprehensive 7 week online journey that will show you how, why and when to tap into the breath to unlock YOUR potential. Breathing is the thing we do the most, yet often consider the least. Your state of mind is your state of being, which is how you show up to the world. The breath directly influences our state of mind, and as we breathe 20,000 times a day, these are direct opportunities to improve and shift that state.

Why do I Bring a mate to Breathwork?

Functional breathing is proven to help with focus, concentration, reactivity, sleep, anxiety relief, overwhelm, burnout, and many more.
Functional breathing has the ability to settle the unwanted but very present thoughts that come with the pressure of responsibilities and knowing you have more to give.

It doesn’t have to be for healing, it could be you simply know you could feel better.


In “Bring a mate to Breathwork,” we transform the act of breathing from a natural function into a purposeful practice that helps you achieve your goals.

WHO IS THIS JOURNEY FOR?

Often, we might not want to talk, or feel ready too, but crave something that speaks to us in the moment, enabling us to navigate hard conversations and hard things in life where the voice isn’t currently working.

Are you looking for a supportive tool to redirect or stay on track in life but the current structures and options aren’t suiting? And you aren’t held accountable so you don’t follow through? Breathwork can be a gentle means of support to help steer you in the right direction and find some of that control that feels like it’s been missing.

You can invite a friend, partner, relative, work mate, teammate to join you. No pets at the moment sorry , I’m working on it. You can be in the same room, same state, or on opposite sides of the world, it’s your call.
